New School Opens in Record Time
St George’s Church of England Foundation School in Broadstairs was completed in record time to make sure it was ready to open in September.
Gen² used the Building Information Modelling collaborative approach to streamline the project. Instead of the estimated 12 months for a traditional school build, the Gen² project management team ensured it was delivered in just 40 weeks in conjunction with input from the school.
