Our new CEO
It is with great pleasure that we announce our new CEO.
Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Dennis Markey joins us today. He brings with him extensive experience leading public and private sector property organisations.
Dennis arrives fresh from leading NHS Property Services where he consolidated facilities management for the Department of Health estate, one of the largest property portfolios in Europe.

“I would like to take the opportunity to thank our Interim CEO, Terry Mitchell, for his tremendous contribution to Gen² over the past year. He will be leaving us in August once the handover process to Dennis is complete. He has done a great job in guiding our infant business through its early stages.”
