Our Response to Covid-19

Gen² would like to take this opportunity to share some news on how we are approaching the Covid-19 crisis during the pandemic.

To all our clients, customers, service users and wider communities in London and the South East, Gen² are open as usual but have taken precautions to protect our staff and the wider community and therefore, as of Tuesday 17th March 2020, have encouraged our staff to work remotely from home, advised by the UK government and our own agile working policies. 

We can confirm that Gen² staff have access to IT systems that can be used remotely that facilitate our business operations with minimum disruption, including video conferencing systems which allow for continued engagement with clients and stakeholders. We have advised that only essential meetings to be taken place face-to-face, and most meetings should be held via video conferencing systems.

Please be assured that we are taking Coronavirus seriously and any staff displaying symptoms will be asked to self-isolate immediately to mitigate the risk between our staff, our clients and the wider community, and we have taken this homeworking approach so that we can maintain social distancing measures.
