Gen² is a multi-disciplinary property consultancy practice that solely serves the public sector. We deliver full Estates Management Services, Capital Project Management, Facilities Management and Commercial Services support, delivering services in the Kent, the South East, London, East Sussex and the Midlands

We are made up of experienced, Chartered professionals including Estates, Quantity and Building Surveyors; Project Managers; Facilities Management; procurement and cost management experts. The team have extensive knowledge of the public sector from long standing careers in property and working with Local Authorities, and will always ensure that social value and value for money and are at the forefront of our service delivery.

We ensure that our public sector clients reduce expenditure, improve asset value and excel in meeting front-line delivery and regeneration requirements for the communities they serve.

Since our conception in 2016, we have delivered over £750 million of capital project delivery in the Education sector, working with nurseries through to universities, demonstrating we are trusted partners to education organisations. We have also managed and delivered comprehensive property services for a  £1.8 billion property portoflio on behalf of a major county wide Local Authority. 

Whether you need to create new capacity with capital programmes; improve the performance of an existing estate; or need development support for major regeneration and redevelopment projects, we can provide expert and experienced consultancy support. Beyond projects and estate management, we also manage your property operations with our facilities management and maintenance services and can offer a consultative approach to your estate's health and safety and compliance practices.
