Graduate Scheme

You may not know much about facilities management today, but with our guidance, you will quickly grow to appreciate its importance to our clients. And what a rewarding career it can be.

Our programme will give you valuable hands-on experience including delivering for diverse clients, managing projects to time and budget, developing business, making commercial decisions, managing people and change and most important of all, managing the health and safety of everyone that uses a client’s facility.

Your first management position will be waiting for you at the end of the programme.

As part of our team, you’ll learn to be responsible for delivering a wide range of core services designed to make workplaces run more smoothly, safely and sustainably.

We manage over two thousand buildings including schools, offices, museums and libraries. Making sure our clients can deliver their services, whatever that may be.

  • Hold a 2:2 or above honours degree

  • Are eligible to live and work in the UK

  • Can take ownership of situations and able to ‘speak up’ when necessary

  • Demonstrate you can collaborate and innovate, and act commercial and professional in line with our core values.

  • Have a clean driving license and are willing to travel and meet new people
