De-risking a Major Development
During the period we are helping Kent County Council shape the development of the whole Maidstone East area, by inviting consultants to express an interest in formulating detailed plans - we have helped the consortium to derisk the interim period with a short term holding strategy that includes parking and social enterprise tenants.
The pooled site of approximately 4.27ha or 10.56 acres provides the opportunity to transform the County Town with a strong sense of arrival and act as a destination, not just a transition. Gen² vision is for a civic quarter with a combined attractive urban living environment under a strong brand we are still working on.
